Flat-Fee Restaurant Idea

A restaurant that offers ‘random’ meals at a flat fee. You come in, pay $10 and get whatever’s going at the time.

The great part, for both parties, is that meals can be cooked in the kitchen en mass with the menu changing periodically throughout the day. The menu stays fresh, whilst the meals cheap. Patrons can bet on the same price for their meal, every time, and enjoy a more serendipitous eating experience!¹
