Nelly Furtado - Maneater Remix
This was the second hour of my Song-A-Day experiment. I had decided to make a few tracks with the explicit time limit of one hour.
I already had the vocals for this one cued up so it was just a matter of laying the drums and bass - which are from Slim Borgudd’s track, Chain. He also drummed for the 70s group, Made In Sweden.
I just read that Slim became a Formula 1 driver and raced for Sweden in the 80s, I think ditching his jazz drumming career. Bummer. Hope you enjoy his revival.
