As you know, I’m a big fan of the online image editor, Picnik. I use it every day I alter images for blog posts and what not.
The other day I took a capture of a small issue I had with Picnik and it’s fantastic integration with Facebook photos. Shortly after mentioning it on Flickr, Darrin at the company responded:

darrinm says:
Good point. Which would you rather be, me or you?crrrg says:
i like being me!!
‘you’ works better since i find it a little strange for a website to refer to myself as if it were myself. seemed like an obvious clash to me in this instance.darrinm says:
Thanks for the praise and thanks for keeping us on our toes. I’ve changed “Me” to “You” so you’ll see the change some time this week.
True to his word, Darrin and the guys at Picnik made the change!

Needless to say, I was impressed. How great is it that you can suggest a change and see it made so quickly.
This is the mark of a great product and goes to show how well online apps can adapt to their audience. Especially in the instance of something that would never discourage me from using the product.
Again, thanks Darrin.
